Description

Three-layer metal panels for public and industrial buildings according to STB-1808-2007.

The panels are a three-layer structure that includes two sheaths of metal profiled sheets and a layer of mineral wool plates glued to them, ensuring the joint work of the sheaths and increasing their stability.

The profiled cladding of three-layer panels of sheet rolled steel with polymer coating according to GOST R 52146. It is allowed to use cladding of steel sheet galvanized according to GOST 14918, of aluminum alloy sheets according to GOST 21631 and of thin-sheet rolled steel or aluminum rolled with protective decorative paintwork. 30246.

The color of the protective and decorative coating of the panel skins is determined in a specific project and agreed with the manufacturer within the available color range.

One of the sides of the profiled metal plating during the manufacturing process of the panels is covered with an adhesive one-component polyurethane composition.

Mineral wool plates with a transversely oriented fiber according to STB EN 13162 are taken as the middle layer. Lamellae made of their mineral wool plates according to GOST 9573 can be used as the middle layer.

The fire resistance of the panels is at least REI 45 for coating panels and E45 \ 130 for wall panels according to GOST 3047.0-94, GOST 3047.1-94.

The class of fire safety of panels is KO (45) according to GOST 3047.0-94, NPB 42-2001.

The height of the produced panels is 1185 mm.

The length of the panels is from 100 to 9000 mm.
