The mill hinged is intended for loosening of the top layer of peat on peat bogs with various mechanical structure.
The processed layer of peat has to be cleaned from stubs and other foreign matters which can be the cause of breakage of knots and details of a mill.

The mill hinged consists of three sections. The central section is established on levers of the hinged device of the tractor, side sections, fasten to central from each party on two fingers and chains. On a frame there are fingers for installation of additional freights.
Working bodies of a mill are passive shaft with knives of triangular shape. Knives are placed on a shaft surface in the form of a four-way spiral with an angle of lead of a spiral 83 °.
Shaft are located at an angle 20 ° concerning a unit frame.
